Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our parking service near Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Learn more about reservations, parking, transfers and security arrangements. If you have any further questions, our team is always at your disposal. Reservation

Can I find a parking space without a reservation?

A reservation guarantees you a reserved parking space and a timely shuttle transfer to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. We cannot guarantee availability without a reservation. For last-minute reservations, we do ask that you call our staff to let them know when you plan to arrive. You can easily make a reservation using our reservation form.

Why are no available spaces shown in the booking process?

If our registration process shows no availability, it means that there are currently no parking spaces available for the requested period. We recommend booking early, as the demand for parking spaces is very high, especially during holiday periods and during the high season.

Is there a waiting list for periods that are fully booked?

We do not currently offer a waiting list. We recommend that you regularly check our availability, as there may occasionally be free spaces due to cancellations.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

We are happy to take your reservation by phone on +49 30 633 110 633.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay your parking fee by card or in cash on site.

Will I receive confirmation of my reservation?

Yes, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the important details. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. Depending on your individual security settings, the confirmation may have been redirected there.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Changes are possible at any time, in which case we ask you to inform us promptly. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Please contact us by phone on +49 30 633 110 633 or via our contact form.

What happens if my return flight is cancelled or I miss my flight?

Please inform us as soon as possible about your new return flight (arrival time in Berlin, flight number) so that we can guarantee your pick-up.

Parking

How do I find the car park?

The exact address and a route description can be found in your booking confirmation and on our website.

What types of parking spaces do you offer (covered, outdoor, etc.)?

We offer both covered and outdoor parking spaces. For vehicles with a length of more than 5 metres, you can reserve an XXL parking space.

Are there special parking spaces for electric cars?

We are currently working on installing special parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars.

Can I charge my electric car at the car park during my trip?

After coordinating with our staff, we will assign you an appropriate parking space and gladly take care of charging your car, so that you can leave the parking area with a fully charged vehicle upon your return.

How big are the parking spaces?

Our parking spaces are designed for standard vehicles. For larger vehicles with a length of more than 5 metres, we offer our XXL parking spaces. These are located in the open area and can be booked in advance by phone at +49 30 633 110 633.

When should I arrive at Mein-Parken.de?

We recommend that our guests arrive 3 hours before their flight to ensure a timely transfer. Different times can be arranged on request and by consultation.

My car won't start after returning, what now?

If you find that your car will not start, please contact our staff on site. We offer a jump-start service and are happy to help get your vehicle up and running again. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will assist you in contacting a breakdown service.

Where do I register on site?

Our staff will welcome you personally in our visitor lounge. If the bus is not in the yard, you can reach us by phone on +49 30 633 110 633.

How much time should I allow for registration?

After a short registration and verification of all data, our staff will accompany you to your parking space. You will then be transferred to the airport. This usually takes 7–11 minutes, depending on traffic.

Transfer

Are there additional costs for the transfer?

No, the transfer from our car park to BER Airport is already included in the price.

How often does the shuttle bus run to the airport?

Our shuttle bus is based on your individual departure and arrival times. A separate reservation is not necessary.

How long does the transfer from the car park to BER Airport take?

The journey time from Mein-Parken.de to the airport terminal is about 7 minutes.

How does the pick-up from the airport work?

Note for pick-up at Terminal 1-2

  1. You have received your luggage.
  2. Follow the "Fernbus" (long-distance bus) sign and leave the terminal via level U1.
  3. You have arrived at the "Fernbus" meeting point in car park B10. Call the driver on 0172 – 8725 787.
  4. Secure transfer to the Mein-Parken.de car park.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?

We track the flight details of your return journey online. We will be informed of any changes to the scheduled landing time.

Can the shuttle also transport special luggage such as prams or sports equipment?

Yes, our shuttle has enough space for special luggage. We ask you to register the transport of bulky and special luggage in advance by telephone with our staff on +49 30 633 110 633.

I am travelling with children. Do I need to bring a child seat?

Child seats are available in the shuttle from size 1. If you need a baby seat, we do ask that you bring your own. If you need it for the transfer but do not want to take it with you on your holiday, the baby seat can be safely stored in our office until your return.

Security

How is security guaranteed in the car park?

You will be parking on our private property in the centre of Waltersdorf. We live and work here. The property is enclosed, video-monitored around the clock and well-lit. For more information on insurance and liability, please refer to the terms and conditions terms and conditions.

Do I have to hand over my car key during the parking period?

Basically, handing over the key is not necessary. On request, we offer free storage of documents and car keys in the safe.
